Area high school football playoff scores:
The rainy weather forecast caused the postponement of Friday's four Central Region football playoff games.
Hermitage was scheduled to play at Varina and Meadowbrook at L.C. Bird in Division 6. Douglas Freeman was traveling to Dinwiddie, and Monacan was on the road at Hanover in Division 5.
The games will be played Monday at 7 p.m. The region championship games, scheduled for this coming Friday, have been moved back a day to Saturday.
Flint Hill plays at Collegiate for the VISFA Division I title today, as originally scheduled.
