Outlook: Because Georgia Tech beat Miami on Thursday, Virginia Tech has to win out to capture the ACC Coastal Division and secure a spot in the league championship game for the second consecutive season - and the third time in the title game's four seasons of existence. The Hokies finish the regular season next Saturday at home against Virginia. Today's game could give them a chance to spark their offense, which ranks 109th nationally in yards per game (289). Duke ranks 10th in the 12-team ACC in total defense (358 yards per game) and 10th in rushing defense (145.2 yards per game). In their past two games, losses to Clemson and North Carolina State, the Blue Devils allowed 377 and 466 yards. After starting the season 3-1, they have lost five of their past six games, including their past three.
