Henrico names School Board chairman, vice-chairwoman

-- John Montgomery, representative of the Varina District, today was elected chairman of the Henrico County School Board. He served in 2008 as vice-chairman.
Lisa Marshall, Tuckahoe District representative, was elected vice-chairwoman.
