Man stabbed downtown, seeks help at Convention Center

A man was stabbed this morning in downtown Richmond and then sought help at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, police said.
The man was stabbed shortly after 11 a.m. in the 400 block of North Third Street. His injuries were described as life-threatening.
Police were seeking a man in a red coat after the stabbing. The motive remained unclear, police said.
