West Broad reopens in western Henrico

-- Crews in western Henrico County have been able to make enough repairs to reopen a portion of West Broad Street after a water main break.
Westbound traffic on West Broad between Emerywood Parkway and Bethlehem Road was impacted starting late yesterday afternoon and into last night.
