Mo-ped rider seriously injured in Chesterfield crash

A mo-ped rider was seriously injured this afternoon on Cogbill Road near Castlewood Road in Chesterfield County, police said.

The 36-year old victim was heading east on Cogbill when he veered into the westbound lane and sideswiped a car and then struck a guardrail, Chesterfield police said. He was taken to VCU Medical Center.

Drunk and Hispanic—I guarantee it. That section of Chesterfield has a pandemic of drunk Hispanic drivers on Fri & Sat nights. Cars, mopeds, bicycles, you name it. If they’re on it, they’re drunk and they will run into anything attached to the ground. Stay clear from there on those nights if you value your life.
