Richmond has a new chief financial officer for the last five weeks of Mayor L. Douglas Wilder's term.
Wilder named Michael W. Terry as the city's interim CFO, as well as deputy chief administrative officer, to replace Harry E. Black. Black stepped down on Friday for a job in the private sector.
Terry has worked as deputy director of finance since July, 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting.
