Colonial Heights taps new school board leaders

COLONIAL HEIGHTS -- Sandra Coleman and Leslie P. Fryar were elected yesterday to lead the Colonial Heights School Board.
Coleman, a retired teacher and a board member since 2006, will serve her second term as chairwoman.
Fryar, who retired after 38 years in the Colonial Heights school system including 26 as principal of Tussing Elementary School, was elected vice chairman.
