How do I upload photos?
• Click “submit photo”
• Browse for your photo on your computer
• Fill in the necessary information; Title, Description, Author
• Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
• Click “upload file”
That’s it! Your photo is on its way!
What photo formats can I upload?
Supported formats for photos are:
• jpg
• jpeg
• bmp
• gif
• png
If you have difficulties uploading any of the above formats, check to see that formats are typed in lower-case. Formats are case-sensitive.
What is the maximum size for a single file that I can upload?
The maximum file size for upload is 500mb. If a file is over this size limit, it will be rejected and not uploaded to our server.
How many photos can I upload?
We do not have any restrictions on how many photos you can upload.
How long do Photo uploads take?
The time it takes to upload a photo depends on how big the file is and how fast your internet connection is.
How long do Photo approvals take?
Approval normally takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, but can take up to 24 hours. We try to approve all content in a timely manner, however content that is uploaded after midnight may not be approved until the morning.
Why would my Photo NOT get approved?
If the photo that you uploaded violates any of our policies, it will not be approved for use on the site. Additionally if there are any encoding or upload issues, we will notify you and may need you to re-upload your photo.
Can I upload copyrighted material?
We respect copyright holder’s rights and do not allow non-promotional copyrighted material on our site.
Why is my photo not uploading?
The most common reason for failed uploads is a temporary network problem. If you can’t upload any media but you’ve been able to upload in the past, a network issue is the most likely cause. Please wait a few hours and try your upload again.
Failed uploads can also be caused by old browsers.
