Why: Celebrate and learn more about Hispanic culture with the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival. Music, dancing, arts and crafts, a kids' area, plus authentic food vendors showcasing various types of Hispanic foods from several regions. Previous festivals have had over 4,000 attendees, and this year.
