Four from area named to dean's list at Roanoke College

The following students were named to the dean's list of distinguished students for the spring 2008 semester at Roanoke College.

Chloe Sue Starke, of Rockville, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Starke IV and is a graduate of Mills E. Godwin High School.

Adam Robert Thompson, of Richmond, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Thompson and is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

Julie Pauline Recher, of Midlothian, is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Scott G. Recher and is a graduate of James River High School.

Katherine Ann Brings, of Manakin Sabot, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Brings and is a graduate of Mills E. Godwin High School.

In order to be named to the list, a student must be enrolled in at least four units during the term and earn a grade-point average of at least 3.50, with no grade lower than a "C."
