Blood facts: Virginia Blood Services will be offering special holiday hours this week. Its Emerywood, Innsbrook, Arboretum and Chester donor centers will accept donations tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Friday, donor-center hours at Emerywood and the Arboretum will be from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chester and Innsbrook will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
